ABC Newsletter Juli 2004Dear ABC-Networker!Last Meeting + KittseeAfter a while of delay we contact you again and and first of all we want to thank you for your engaged participation at the ABC-Meeting on 22nd April in Vienna and at the event «Europe X-Large» in Kittsee on 23rd April! We are really pleased, that the event was that successful! From middle of August on you will find photos from «Europe X-large» on our project-homepage www.ABC-Nework.org. We also still dispose of Program-Booklets from the Kittsee-event—if you want some, please write us how many of them you want and to which address we should post the booklets. We have one great request to you: Could you send us some digital photos from the ABC-Meeting in Vienna (22nd April) for our own project-documentation—we would be very pleased, thanks in advance! (Unfortunately we couldn't use our own camera.) Preview, First Considerations for the final Meeting in KrakauThe final meeting for the ABC-Network will take place by the end of April 2005 in Krakow. We are just know starting with first preparations as looking for a adequate seminar-place. As we are starting to prepare our final meeting we want to check with you how far you can finance your costs for travelling and stay. We will not be in the position to come up for all your costs for travelling and accommodation—as we did in our last meeting in Vienna. We assume that you have considered costs arising from a final meeting in your budgets and ask you to inform us if (and up to which extend) you can come up for your travel- and accommodation-costs on your own. (KulturKontakt Austria / ÖKS can only take over costs in «case of hardship»). For a first collection of creative ideas we also ask you to send us some proposals concerning the possible form of your final presentation. We are looking forward to your feedback!
